I have decided to write this review to warn people about buying Tongkat Ali from Indonesia Herbals as I believe they are a scam and their Tongkat Ali is fake.
I bought 800 gram of Tongkat Ali from Indonesia Herbals a few months ago. As soon as I started using it, I started to get upset stomach and diarrhoea everyday. I am not new to Tongkat Ali as I have been using it regularly for quite some time so became concerned at these side effects that I had not experienced before.
I decided to do some research and discovered that the Tongkat Ali from Indonesia herbals was indeed fake. Just search "indonesia herbals dubious tongkat ali" or "premises of indonesiaherbals.com raided by Indonesian authorities" in Google, for further information. It also became apparent that they had been widely reported in the Indonesian press for selling fake Tongkat Ali but decided to ignore everything and are still actively selling this on their website.
I then wrote to Indonesia Herbals demanding my money back as they give a guarantee on their website to fully refund do you if you are not happy with their product. It goes something like: "Money back guarantee. If you're not completely ecstatic about the result, simply let us know our product isn't working for you and you get all your money back". I e-mailed them numerous times but they just ignored my mails whereas before they used to answer within 24 hours. So I've lost all my money and have had to bin the Tongkat Ali.
I therefore leave it up to you to make your own mind up – try something that is contaminated with other ingredients (ash, saw dust etc) and risk your health in the process or try to find a genuine product? The choice is yours!
